Donald "Don" Fedderson (April 16, 1913, Beresford, South Dakota — December 18, 1994, Los Angeles, California) was an American television executive producer who created a number of television programs including The Millionaire, Date with the Angels, Who Do You Trust?, Family Affair, To Rome with Love, and The Smith Family. He also syndicated The Lawrence Welk Show following ABC's cancellation of the series in 1971.Fedderson's biggest success on television, however, began in 1960 with My Three Sons, starring Fred MacMurray, which Fedderson produced but did not actually create. The show aired for five years on ABC and another seven on CBS, producing a total of 380 episodes, making it the second longest live-action sitcom in history.
